Earthworks on the site according to the approved plans, and a foundation calculated for the actual ground.
Erection of the load-bearing structure - walls, columns, beams, floors and slabs. Reinforced-concrete work in line with the seismic standards in force.
Roofing built to the architectural design, with the covering installed together with waterproofing and drainage.
Installation of the external joinery and of the façades - render, stone, cladding to the design.
Delivery of the electrical networks, plumbing, heating and air conditioning and ventilation, in direct coordination with the teams.
Interior partitions, ceilings, floors and coverings, painting, interior joinery - down to the last finishing detail.
Full quality control before the handover of the keys, the declaration of completion of works and support during the acceptance by the authorities.
